Responsibilities Create a typical site within a week
Document and improve project process within 3 months of hire

Good knowledge of WordPress Theming Uses CSS framework such as Bootstrap or foundation (foundation preferred) 2-4 years experience with front-end development Create process to optimize site speed within 3 months Accuracy with given design, work toward 4 hours or less of revisions Knowledge of best practices Excellent communication skills Honest, good reputation, and trustworthy
